Very professional staff and good medical facilities. Doctor and entire medical team were very reassuring and always there to help and answer to my concerns.Dietician Claire was particularly detailed and took time out to explain every thing I required.The journey so far has been great.I hope to achieve alot of success on this.Thank you Novemed.I would recommend to anyone with similar need.

I had gastric sleeve on 23rd Jan 2024 with Dr Necdet Derici. The experience starting with Damla who was my initial contact/cordinator, Dietician Elif and Melissa was exceptional. The private hospital room was good and the nurses were a call button away for any assistance. The whole experience from being picked up at the airport and finally being dropped off was a relief as all areas of the trip was covered for my self and accompanying guest. Would definitely recommend 👍.

All the team at Novemed was great and they make me feel comfortable during my stay in here .Sena support me through all the process and made everything looks more easier .Dr Necdet visited few times post op too to see how im feeling .The cleaning service was also great and the lady doing that was very polite .Also all the nurses very friendly .Definetly I will recommend to all my friends.

Thank you to all novemed team, doctors, assistants and all the nurses They were just amazing very kind very helpful, all the program was respected from A to ZI strongly recommend them to people who really need/want to change their life's.Special thanks to SENA for being very patient with me, very helpful and very kind (like an angel).[The only small problem I had at the clinic. It was that the nurses didn't speak English].

From my first contact with Novemed I was impressed by their care and professionalism. Traveling alone I was very apprehensive but Elif looked after me from the moment I landed in Turkey and it was with me until I went in for my surgery on the day. She put me at ease and made the whole experience so easy. The nurses at the hospital were so great with me even though we didn't speak the same language. My experience with Novemed was just amazing from the beginning to the end.The transport from the airport to our hotel was on point.The hotel was on point.The girls that was looking after me « Senna » and « Elif » were just amazing honestly , such a really nice girls.Always checking on me and very caring.The surgery went well the nurses at the hospital was really nice as well they came and checked on me every time.The only little problem was the language barrier because some of the nurses don't speak English but apart from that everything was perfect.Such a nice people that will really support you and make your surgery easy.Love you so much guys it was amazing ❤️

After going back and forth researching Bariatric companies and procedures for over 18 months, I decided to use Novemed for my gastric sleeve. Due to PCOS and other health related issues I really felt I needed a lifetime tool to help maintain my weight. From the first interaction to today my experience with Novemed has been incredible. The WhatsApp Group with all my careteam has been amazing. No question is too small and the response time is exceptional. As a solo traveler to Turkey I was greeted by a huge, stylish black van which took me in VIP style to my hotel before my op date. On arrival at the hospital my translator met me and walked me through all my procedures. He was very friendly and informative. I met my surgeon who was professional and caring. The nurses and staff post surgery were excellent and with the help of Google translate I could ask anything whenever I needed it. The aftercare since I've returned home regarding nutrition and medication has been very useful and frequent. I was very nervous but this was a very smooth experience with a company who really does know what they are doing. I couldn't recommend Noved more.
