ATTENTION!Hello, I had my hair transplant at One Hair Clinic in Ümraniye on October 4, 2024. The procedure was about eight hours long. Before the procedure, they discussed all the areas to be transplanted. I've had ringworm on my scalp due to a fungal infection since I was a child. I specifically mentioned paying special attention to those areas. Of course, before the transplant, everyone was saying, "Of course, everything is fine." The procedure was performed, and the procedures went well. They took care of it for 10 days, and I have no objection to that. A week later, my friend came to visit and asked, "Why didn't you transplant the back of your head and the scarred areas?" Since my head had been numb until then and I'd never looked back in the mirror, I thought they had been transplanted. But they hadn't. When I asked the company, they said they would perform PRP and mesotherapy to revitalize those areas. I believed them. Initially, it seemed to help a little, but later, nothing happened. There were no results. I know there's no guarantee that the transplanted area will grow. Despite the guarantee they provide, the left frontal area didn't grow as they said. Now I want to file a lawsuit regarding this issue and I'm requesting documents related to the process, but I can't get a response from the company. They don't even acknowledge their shortcomings when we've spoken to the company owner before. I have all my WhatsApp correspondence. I will file a lawsuit shortly. I gave it 5 stars just to show it off.

I visited Onehair clinic in December of 2022 for my hair transplant. It’s been a very good experience. Kai, our guide throughout the process, made it a very easy and comfortable experience. He’s been with me throughout the entire trip, before the trip and after. Answering all my questions (multiple times a day) and concerns. The clinic was clean and professional.
